processes, product and recipe development, branding and packaging, distribution channel options in Australia and most importantly – what it takes to get on shelf and create sales.
With a background in hospitality Sales & Marketing and an entrepreneurs passion for great tasting, nutritious food – Nicole has now expanded her brand base to include shelf stable food products due to launch in 2025.
